Rollo Terms of Use
Effective: September 23, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Rollo app. By using Rollo you agree to them. Rollo is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”); these terms add to it. Where they conflict, the EULA prevails for anything it covers.
What Rollo does
Rollo helps you keep track of your subscriptions: what you pay, when, and in which currency, with reminders before payments. Rollo does not pay, cancel or manage subscriptions with their providers. Cancelling a subscription is always done with its provider (for example in your App Store account or on the provider’s website).
Your data
Your subscriptions are stored only on your device. You are responsible for them, including keeping a backup (Settings → Data → Export) if you want one. If you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us. How we handle the little data that leaves your device is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Free plan and Rollo Pro
- The free plan keeps up to 5 active subscriptions. Cancelled subscriptions don’t count.
- Rollo Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It unlocks unlimited subscriptions and the Pro features available in the app, including those marked “Soon” once they are released, for as long as Rollo is offered through the App Store.
- The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your App Store currency. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your purchase is tied to your Apple account. Use “Restore Purchases” to restore it on another device signed in to the same account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Reminders, dates and exchange rates
- Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They can be delayed or not shown, for example when notifications are turned off, a Focus mode is on, the device is off, or the operating system limits them. Do not rely on Rollo as the only way to remember a payment.
- Billing dates are calculated from what you enter. Providers can charge on a different day or amount.
- Exchange rates come from public sources, are updated about once a day and are approximate. Your bank or card may use a different rate. Totals are estimates.
- Rollo is not financial, legal or tax advice.
Trademarks
Service names and logos shown in Rollo belong to their owners and are used only so you can recognize your subscriptions. Rollo is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by those companies.
Acceptable use
Don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as the EULA or applicable law allows, and don’t use it to break any law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Rollo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for payments, charges, missed cancellations or losses arising from reminders that were not delivered, dates or amounts that differed, or exchange rates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its effective date. Continuing to use Rollo after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using Rollo at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
